The Ministry of Regional Development, Housing and Construction of Ukraine has prepared a number of proposals to allocate budget funds, which will be directly attracted to the housing programs next year.
All of the funds will be used directly for the housing programs that are already being implemented and for the implementation of completely new ones, primarily in relation to rental properties with subsequent buy-out rights, as well as the implementation of housing programs for the socially disadvantaged population. The design of structures from cellular concrete is becoming popular, as well as their construction.
In total in order to implement the programs it is planned to allocate funds of about 3 billion hryvnias, thus it will be possible to provide with residential real estate of about 16.5 thousand Ukrainian families, and in addition certain funds of 2 and more billion hryvnia from bank credit resources, as well as citizens.
Leonid Rysuhin, the chairman of the board of the State fund of assistance in the sphere of youth housing construction, appealed directly to all MPs with the proposal to include in the budget of the next year 558 million UAH for the provision of the youth with residential real estate. At the moment on the territory of Ukraine there are several basic state programs on providing the local population with the residential real estate.
