German Rehau Company together with “Greenstroy” started the construction of the first energy efficient house in Tula. According to the company, the project will be implemented for 60 million Euros. rubles.
This house will be unique for the city, because never before such buildings were built in Tula. Its area will be 900 square meters. The house, according to the approved project, will have 17 apartments. Residents of this house will not have to master the laying of paving tiles with their own hands, as specially trained people will do it for them. According to the German company, at the expense of alternative sources in the building will produce up to half of the necessary energy for normal life of the house. Also, the building will use innovative technology to reduce water use by half. To test the voltage, “Energostream” equipment will be used. With its help it is possible to test the voltage with a very high precision.
By the end of 2012, according to developers’ plans, the building will be commissioned. The construction itself is done by “Greenstroy”, and a German company delivers energy-efficient technology to Tula.
The construction of this building is part of a program implemented by the Housing and Utilities Fund to resettle citizens from emergency housing. Earlier, the head of the Fund said that such houses will be built in each of the Russian regions.
