Representatives of the Ministry of Regional Development reported that their department had approved a procedure for accepting objects of unauthorized construction into operational use.
In particular, the Ministry of Regional Development on March 19 adopted and approved the procedure for acceptance for operational use of garden, cottage, residential and individual facilities, buildings, and structures, which are agricultural purposes, which were built without proper authorization documents required for construction activities, as well as subsequent technical inspection of engineering networks and the building structures. On the part of officials explained the procedure and conditions under which will be accepted for operation of all building structures, utilities, construction of which was carried out without a permit to perform the relevant work, as well as the mechanism of technical inspection of such objects.
In particular, this document establishes that the inspection must be carried out in several key stages: visual or preliminary and instrumental (detailed). It is completely forbidden to carry out a technical inspection of illegal constructions only on the basis of drawings, videos, and photos.
Adoption in the operational use of the facilities will be free of charge and for 10 working days from the date of the actual filing of the application by the owners of the land plots on which these objects of illegal construction are located. Consequently, penalties for unauthorized construction postponed until the end of this year.
