At the present time the cost of residential real estate in Ukraine already includes a component of corruption at the rate of 40.
Relevant information was announced directly to the president of the Union of real estate experts of the country Mr. Rubanov during the round table, which took place in Kiev. If we talk specifically about the capital of Ukraine, that here in each individual square meter of housing built, laid to 400 dollars corruption component. Mr. Rubanov drew attention to the fact that a reasonable or comfortable price per square meter of housing in the capital is up to 800 dollars.
Proceeding from this, the experts agree that the funds, which are corrupted in their essence and go directly to the corrupt officials, eventually do not allow the vast majority of potential buyers to purchase their own homes in Kiev.
Among other things, you should pay attention to the fact that the domestic development companies in most cases have to wait for a building permit for three years, and in some cases you have to wait up to 5 years. This also has a significant impact on the final cost and the high cost of all the capital’s housing.
As an alternative to expensive capital housing is more affordable suburban housing in recent years. Recently, these items have become even more affordable.
