With each passing year on the territory of our country is built a growing number of residential complexes, which have a unique and unique infrastructure. What is considered to be an improved infrastructure within a residential complex?
For example, the infrastructure may include central air conditioning, so the plasterboard ceilings in the kitchen should also be installed with this point in mind. If we talk about the formal point of view, there is no enshrinement of such a concept as improved infrastructure. It is not defined anywhere at all. Therefore, when a developer positions a residential complex with improved infrastructure, it is necessary to be aware that by improvement may mean anything that is considered as such by the developer.
At the same time it is necessary to pay attention to one recent regularity: in Ukraine with every new year new complexes built on the principle “small town in the city” are constructed. Quite often this involves the construction of large-scale neighborhood development, and the implementation of medium-sized complexes.
The infrastructure of a modern residential complex
Infrastructure often refers to certain social and commercial facilities. But experts point out that this concept is broader than is commonly assumed. This includes engineering, social and commercial aspects.
In fact the engineering infrastructure is its own system of central air conditioning, boiler room, autonomous heating system, as well as the water supply. This system may also include a specialized system for purifying water, or have their own artesian wells. Do not forget about the video surveillance and security system. Without all of the above it is simply impossible to imagine a modern infrastructure of a residential complex.
